   Creating community and meaningful engagement online requires us to be even more intentional about the way that we show up and communicate than when we are in person.
   Here are some recommended norms that will help create a meaningful, safe, and effective community space:

- Mute, unless you are speaking.
- Technology permitting, be on camera.
- When you’re here, be fully here. 
- Your life is welcome on screen.
- If you wouldn’t act/dress/present 
yourself in a particular way if we were in person, don’t do it online. 
- Share the air. Notice how much you’re speaking to make room for others to share too.
