Communications Request 

If you wish for an event, announcement, or other information to be included in AAC's communication vehicles, please email Executive Director Barry Nove with the name of the event, date, time, location, and a brief description of the event. 
   Please keep the following things in mind when submitting an event or other information:
  • The Weekly Update email goes out every Thursday. The deadline for submission is the Monday prior at 11:00 p.m. as the contents for the email are approved by the AAC staff on Tuesday morning. The Weekly Update includes events that take place or an RSVP deadline within the next two weeks.
  • Shabbat Announcement Sheet is finalized on Thursday afternoons.  Any submissions for the Announcement Sheet are due the Wednesday prior by 5:00 p.m. as the Announcement Sheets are assembled on Thursday and printed first thing Friday morning.
  • The Bulletin is published once a month by the last week of the month. Submissions are due by the third Friday of the month for the following month's publication. (For example, the third Friday of May is the deadline for the June Bulletin articles.)
  • Website submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.
