Information About Community Conversations
As part of Agudas Achim’s Strategic Planning Initiative, we invite you to participate in a Community Conversation about the future of our congregation.
     Community Conversations will be held in members’ homes, at multiple dates, times, and locations throughout the area, so you can choose the one that works best for you.  The Conversations are an opportunity to join with your fellow members to share your thoughts and ideas about our community.  We want to hear from you about your experiences with the shul—what’s working well and what could be better— as well as suggestions for how to make it the best it can be. 
     Each Conversation will be guided by a trained volunteer facilitator, and light refreshments will be served.  We will follow up on key findings and develop Task Forces and action plans to address issues that are identified as priorities for the future.
     If you responded to the Member Survey, thank you!  This is a chance to share your thoughts in greater depth.  If you did not participate in the survey, you haven’t missed out!  This is another opportunity to make your voice heard.
