In order to purchase tickets, you will need to download the “MLB Ballpark” from the Apple or Android App store. It is free. Your tickets once purchased will be pushed to your “MLB Ballpark” app ten days prior to the game, based on your purchase using ShulCloud.

The email associated with your ShulCloud purchase must match the email address associated with your “MLB Ballpark” app, when you set it up. A single app, a single name, and a single email address can purchase multiple tickets for friends and family. The Schul Cloud form will also have a place to designate if individual tickets should be in the handicapped section. The app will simply show the purchaser with, let’s say, five tickets on their app. The names of family and friends do not need to appear on the tickets in the MLB app. The attendant at the gate will simply be shown the tickets on your app, count five tickets (using above example), and count five people.


Individuals can cancel their tickets and purchase their tickets with no difficulty up until two weeks prior to the game. Two days prior, no changes can be made. The “tickets” will be “pushed” to your “MLB Ballpark” app no earlier than 10 July 2025.
In previous years, the downtown DC kosher restaurant, “Char Bar”, had a concession stand at Nationals Park. Unfortunately, that will not be the case for the 2025 season. The Nationals are trying to find a kosher concessionaire. If not, then other vendors will offer kosher options.
