HHD Babysitting 5786

High Holiday Babysitting

Families may register children ages 1- to 4-years-old for traditional babysitting.
  • On Rosh Hashanah Day 1 (September 23) and Day 2 (September 24), babysitting sessions start at 10:00 a.m. for each day's service and end at the close of services at approximately 1:15 p.m.
  • On Yom Kippur (October 2), babysitting begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends after Yizkor at approximately 2:30 p.m.
Parents/guardians may pick their children up from babysitting to take them to the Young Families Tent Service at 10:00 a.m. Babysitting staff will not take children to the Young Families Tent Service. Only children already registered for babysitting may return to babysitting after the Tent Service.

We provide snacks, toys, and fun. Parents must provide a dairy lunch for their child(ren) each session and provide a diaper bag or a change of clothing for child(ren). All items must be labeled with your child's name.

Please note: To offer a babysitting service, we need a minimum number of children each day. If we do not have the minimum required by September 10, parents already registered will be informed so that they can make alternative arrangements for their children.
