After a loved one dies, the holiday season can bring to the surface painful reminders of loss. Participate in a meaningful discussion designed to explore ways of preparing for the High Holidays while honoring those you have lost in the context of the holiday. Join other bereaved members to talk about ways to allow for grief, while still seeking meaning and comfort in the themes of the season.
