Staff & Faculty

All lead teachers hold, at minimum, bachelor’s degrees or child development associate certification (CDA) with at least five years of experience as a lead teacher. Aides have, at minimum, high school degrees or the equivalent. Staff turnover is low, and teachers and aides bring diverse backgrounds and skills to the school. All staff must pass a criminal background check and the child abuse registry screening, along with a physical exam and a tuberculosis test. Staff credentials and references are checked thoroughly prior to hiring.
