Good Deeds Day 2017

Downloadables_logos__0000_englishWe are very excited to invite the entire Agudas Achim Community to join congregations throughout the Washington D.C. area, and volunteers throughout the world, for AGUDAS ACHIM’S GOOD DEEDS DAY on SUNDAY APRIL 2, 2017 — a spirited day of service.

Our vision is to offer a variety of activities, onsite and off-site, which we hope will appeal to a range of interests and skills.  If every person in our community gives of their time and skill to help others, imagine the impact on our community!

  • Save the Date! Put Good Deeds Day on your calendar and plan to participate.
  • Sign up to be a team leader/co-leader for one of the activities listed below.
  • Read the emails sent to you about Good Deeds Day!  These will include lots of updated information.
  • Visit the AAC Good Deeds Day webpage often (you are here now). This is where the links will be posted to sign up to volunteer as Good Deeds Day gets closer.
  • Recruit your friends to help.
  • Join the planning committee. We welcome all ideas and need your help!
  • Consider sponsoring an activity to help cover any costs for materials and snacks for volunteers.
